Sony宣布將從倫敦證交所下市

繼近日一連串日本公司下市後，Sony公司30日也宣布將停止在倫敦證券交易所（LSE）掛牌交易，原因是交易量太低。

從東芝、富士通到NTTNTT移動通信網（NTT DoCoMo）等日本公司，過去一年來相繼從倫敦股市撒出，以降低在交易冷清的證交所掛牌的成本。

從1971年就已在LSE掛牌的Sony股票，預定8月29日下市，只有其可轉換債券還留在LSE交易。

Sony正進行一項大規模整頓計畫，以提振經營困頓的消費者電子事業。Sony在3月底止的去年度虧損13億美元，今年度預料也會虧損。
