日月光K7復工 高市有條件准

（中央社記者王淑芬高雄30日電）日月光電子公司K7廠去年底被查獲偷排廢水到後勁溪遭勒令停工，經業者7個多月改善與申請復工，高市環保局今天有條件通過。

高雄市環保局今天召開日月光公司K7廠含鎳製程復工審查會，經過4個小時的審查，委員會同意有條件通過K7廠復工。

日月光公司發言人李叔霞表示，公司將會依審查委員審查時提的書面及口頭說明補充、修正後，辦理水污染防治措施及許可申請變更，以利環保局辦理後續程序。
