身兼被告又要維安　方仰寧沒時間受訪稱：很忙！

針對太陽花學運期間下令以強勢鎮暴警力鐵血驅離參與佔領行政院學生、民眾，中正一分局分局長方仰寧被列為殺人罪被告。30日下午出庭，但因公民團體聚集在法院外，擔心造成衝突，因此調派200名警力維安，方仰寧在現場指揮，身為被告又要指揮的他，在面對採訪時僅表示：「現在很忙」。

江宜樺下令323驅離占領政院民眾濺血，事後23名遭警方打傷的學生及民眾集體向法院自訴，控告江宜樺與警政署長王卓鈞、北市警局長黃昇勇及中正一分局長方仰寧等人涉嫌殺人未遂、強制及傷害罪。

4人30日出庭，島國前進、黑島青、公民1985行動聯盟等公民團體也在現場聚集，因擔心爆發衝突，方仰寧調派200名警力維安，自己則在現場指揮。

根據《蘋果日報》報導，學運總指揮陳為廷下午與黃國昌等人見到方仰寧時很驚訝，還問：「方仰寧你不是被告嗎？怎麼還在這裡。」而方仰寧在面對電視台採訪時僅表示：「現在很忙」。
